I am honored to be nominated, it is heartening to have other writers give me recognition for my blog.

The One Lovely Blog Award nominations are chosen by fellow bloggers for those newer and up-and-coming bloggers. The goal is to help give recognition and also to help the new blogger to reach more viewers. It also recognizes blogs that are considered to be “lovely” by the fellow blogger who choose them. This award recognizes bloggers who share their story or thoughts in a beautiful manner to connect with their viewers and followers.

The Liebster Award is for bloggers who have less than 200 bloggers. The Liebester has German origins. The word “liebster” has several definitions: dearest, sweetest, kindest, nicest, beloved, lovely, kind, pleasant, valued. This award also recognizes bloggers who share their story or thoughts in a beautiful manner to connect with their viewers and followers.

The Very Inspiring Blogger Award. I tried to find out the origin of this award but I could not so.. Regardless of who started this award, the meaning behind it seems straightforward. We’re all inspiring in our own ways. While we may not all be philosophically inspirational, we all motivate and encourage each other (and ourselves) through our words. How great is that? To be recognized for that is truly amazing, and we should keep paying it forward!

The Virtual Blog Tour Award. This is not a normal nomination post, for it asks questions that are about the writer and not so much the blogger–you’ll see as you keep reading. Just as every other award nomination, I must nominate up to 4 other blogs…the most difficult task about this! I follow so many lovely bloggers, so I will weigh my nominations on those bloggers who have also shown great support the last few months. Also, I will nominate people behind the screens that I would love to learn more about! A Virtual Blog Tour (VBT) is an online “event” wherein an author “visits” a different blog each day during a specified period of time, generally 2-4 weeks in duration. For instance, if your VBT were 2 weeks long, there would be 14 blogs, and each blogger would be assigned a specific day on the tour. In selecting blogs on which to appear, the author would seek out bloggers who have good traffic aimed at specific target audience(s) congruent with the topic of the book.

The Health Influencer Blog Award. This award was given to me by a friend for influencing her to do something about her health.

Sisterhood of the World Bloggers Award. The Sisterhood of the World Bloggers Award is an award that recognises the unique voices of women across the world

Creative Blogger Award is for inspiring other bloggers.
